Every month we will be giving tips to help you on your way to a healthy lifestyle.
This month we are encouraging a healthy diet. Eating 5 portions of fruit & veg and drinking 2 litres of water or still juice a day will keep you feeling healthier and increase your concentration in school and during the exams! On that morning, there will be an Easter service for pupils in S1, 2 and 3. Pupils in S4, S5 and S6 will continue with their preparations for SQA Examinations in classes as normal. School will close at 12.00 noon and school buses for those pupils with passes will be provided at that time. The normal Friday Bite Site service will apply.
